SUMMER FISH SALAD




SUMMER SALAD WITH THREE FISHES (TUNAFISH, ANCHOVIES AND MACKEREL), POTATOES, CAPERS, GREEN OLIVES AND CHIVE

Ingredients for 6 persons:

 200 grams (7.05oz) approx of tunafish; 150 grams (5.29 oz) approx of anchovies; 200 grams (7.05oz) approx of mackerel; 4 big potatoes; 2 dozens of capers; 2 dozens of green olives and some fresh chive to pleasure

1) Boil potatoes (chop them to halves before cooking them)

2) Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl gently and with a lot of love like my nice pic.
